Perhaps so that the Hierarchy can begin to start counting how many members of local churches are unhappy with the direction the UMC is going, members whose consciences allow them to do this, as their statement of "civil disobedience," since money and demonstrations seem to be the only things that the Hierarchy wants to listen to, all envelopes should be placed in the offering on which the following message is clearly written: "THIS ENVELOPE HAS BEEN LEFT INTENTIONALLY EMPTY."
