Word-keeping God Corrects Human Theory

I agree with Pastor Michael D. Hinton.

It is interesting to me, that the more I study the history of our Bible, trying to see where and why we have accepted what we have as canonical, the more I come upon the fact that the text as we have it for thousands of years has amazingly escaped our efforts to:

enlarge it,
reduce it,
further codify it,
divide it,
prove it in error.

Other things fall away but - why it is almost as if the Word is living and breathing, surviving and flourishing in spite of well-meaning and not so well-meaning attacks by us humans.
