To UCM: First I want to thank you for having the website that you have and being a staunch advocate of the UM doctrine. I read about the outcome of the trial in Washington and I am disgusted, sick at heart, and totally disappointed in our church hierarchy. To have 13 ministers say it is ok to be a homosexual and be a pastor preaching the word of God is totally beyond me. It is evident that we have a least 13 disciples of Satan (and probably more plus bishops) now in the pulpit undermining Christian values at every moment. Poor John Wesley must be turning in his grave. The only conciliation is that we know God will rightly judge these folks in the end. In the meantime, we God fearing and believing Methodists must anguish over the dismal direction of ours and other churches with the with this satanic garbage that is being forced upon on us by our so called leaders. I have never been one to advocate intolerance but I feel we have reached a point where there is nothing left but outright revolt against the leadership of our church. The majority of Methodists don't fall for this all inclusive dung that the liberals are slinging. God's word clearly identifies the morality of homosexuality. It is time for all Good Methodists to say enough is enough, no more of this. We need to disconnect ourselves from these satanic evil forces and put God back in charge of things. If necessary, we need to organize and initiate a new United Methodist Organization that is in fact true to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Rise up true believers in God and don't allow these unholy acts to continue. Bombard your bishop, your clergy, your conferences, whoever will listen, let them know you oppose this trend in the Methodist church. Remember, Jesus said "your sins are forgiven, go and sin no more." He didn't say the are forgiven and its ok to go right back to sinning. Enough is Enough. If we don't stop this now, the Methodist Church as we grew up with is doomed to oblivion. Call me a homophobe, uncaring, or whatever, but I am true to and believe in only one thing and that is God and no homosexual pastor is going to help me come closer to God when that person can't be truly close to God because of his or her sinful nature.
